Social media reacts to Babes Wodumo’s Black Panther Soundtrack in memes

The exceedingly talked about Black Panther soundtrack which was created by Kendrick Lamar and features a modest bunch of South Africans is at last here and we’re not baffled by any stretch of the imagination!

So we just composed an article on Babes Wodumo’s track, Redemption, where she features Zacari and Kendrick Lamar for the Black Panther The Album Music Inspired By album. Also, despite the fact that we adored the vibe of the joint and that it was so invigorating to hear Babes jump on a non-Gqom beat, Twitter was less than impressed with the effort. The images are lit folks, peep them!

Social media has been responding to the tracks throughout the day, beginning with ‘Redemption,’ the tune which Babes Wodumo features on close by Zacari.

The opening line is an abnormal move from Zacari’s smooth vocals over a vibey afro-carribean beat yet as she gets into the grows on you if you let it.

Some fans were disappointed about the fact that Mampintsha somehow found his way onto the international collaboration which he was surprisingly not credited for.

And other fans were just excited that the Queen of Gqom is finally recognized for her talent, even though her very own country has shunned her.

What what do you think of it? Are you digging the Redemption song?
