Yanga Chief Credited For Writing A Chorus On Another Hit Hip Hop Song! Yanga Chief is undoubtedly one of the best rappers in South Ah. His song writing skills have been making headlines too lately and it goes beyond Hip Hop.
A week ago, his good friend AKA revealed how Yanga wrote the hook on 10 Fingers saying, “Do you know that Yanga actually wrote ‘Akabambeki kana hayi lowo…. Ubambelela on the styrofoam‘… Yanga wrote that.” Now one of AKA’s friends has revealed Yanga also contributed on another hit song.
Apparently the 30 year old Utatakho hitmaker who became famous in 2017 for his single Who Shot Ya also penned the catchy chorus on Kwesta’s hit song Ngyaz’fela Ngawe featuring Thabsie. In response to the revelation, some fans likened Yanga Chief to a beast.
Clearly if there was a South African Music Songwriters Hall of Fame, Yanga would be one of the first rappers to be inducted. Now we wonder which hook or chorus he didn’t write.
